Reflexology Lymphatic Drainage(RLD)

Reflexology Lymphatic Drainage (RLD) is an award winning specific way of performing Reflexology. It uses specialist moves that target the Lymphatic system.  It helps to stimulate the lymphatic system which encourages the flow of Lymph fluid to drain out of the affected area into an area that drains normally.  It is a very effective way of stimulating the body's own response to reduce swelling, clear out toxins and blockages and boost our ability to fight infection.  As well as Lymphoedema  RLD can be used to help conditions such as -

• Arthritis
• Asthma
• Chronic Fatigue
• Eczema
• Fibromyalgia
• ME
• Musculor Tension
• Sinus Problems

RLD  is discreet and focuses solely on the feet (or hands) by encouraging the flow of fluid through the manipulation of Lymphatic reflex points.  Prior to  RLD if possible, measurements of the affected swollen limb can be taken and on completion of the RLD treatment the limb can be remeasured to keep track of the difference in fluid volume  and improvement in the affected area.   Some clients prefer not to have measurements taken as they can feel the release of tension and heaviness in the area affected and can often see the difference in swelling immediately after just one treatment!
